Reasonably productive evening; I managed to get my wireless card working under Linux, so I don’t need to use the iBook all the time at home. The card is a Belkin F5D7000, using the Ralink 2500 chipset and comes recommended by the Free Software Foundation, because Ralink made it easy for Free Software developers to write drivers for their chipsets. Great present too - thanks Mum & Dad.
