This week I’ve been writing a Python script to upload files to this website. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, not because there aren’t heaps of apps already that do this, but because it’s a reasonably interesting coding exercise. Anyhow, it’s usable now, so I guess I’d better start using it. For starters I need to upload the Maldives brochures and bang some pages on the Maldives wiki.
Anyhow, when I’m coding it’s one of the few times, I’m not thinking about the fact that Sally and I have split up. I went Christmas shopping with Helen today and was really grumpy because I kept seeing things that I thought Sally might like and then remembering that I couldn’t.
The car is a complete joke now. This morning there was ice frozen into the rear nearside footwell.
