What do you do when someone offers you a leaflet, free newspaper or other paper-based product of dubious interest? I politely decline. However a significant number of people accept it, glance at it and then drop it on the floor. This is anti-social and plain wasteful. You know it’s going to be a completely uninteresting piece of paper before you take it - so don’t take it .
